SHRISTY is a registered non-profit, non-political, voluntary organization, established in 2007 with a like-minded group of professionals coming together and was registered in 2010 under Indian Trust Act 1982. SHRISTY effort is to work fast to achieve its vision with its effort to work directly with the community and by educating the civil society organization to run professionally and working together for substantiating policy advocacy to achieve the millennium development goal, be it eradicating poverty, women empowerment, working on child mortality, improving maternal health, nutrition & education. SHRISTY is an organization working to mainstream the deprived, vulnerable, poorest of the poor society with its organized, dedicated and honest effort by the group of diverse professionals to achieve its vision of just society where everybody is living a happy life with dignity and respect. SHRISTY is committed to ensure quality life, sustainable development by working on their livelihood, education, health, social development etc and expedite its work by guiding, capacity building, ensuring quality work through different tools, guidance and policy.
There are currently two units functioning under SHRISTY’s fold. The first unit, dedicated to the social service sector works as an implementation unit that works for socially excluded groups who are needy and deprived. The second unit, a consultancy section, works to provide support in the social and developmental sector to NGO and CSR which provide solutions for different development projects in survey & research, data management, documentation, IEC material development and capacity building.
